- Outdoor seasons, fall and spring along with continual winter training at the Wildwood Sports Complex. Winter training included a minimum of one indoor tournament, usually at Cleveland St. University, and a minimum of three trips to Geneva, OH for games vs. other clubs.

- Enlisted the help of Laura Dougherty, Certified Personal Trainer, and Paul Drayer, Drayer Institute. Significantly increased strength over summer of 2012.
- Summer NA School Optional Training Sessions

- 2 week long camps and 2/3 day per week optional sessions. Sessions include 12 minute runs and small sided games to retain skills over summer. Participated in all sessions offered.
