Alex Hannigan '14 Recruiting Profile

My dream has always been to become a professional soccer player.  However, in case this dream cannot be achieved, I will need an education in order to succeed in life.  I wish to major in either Business, preferably hospitality management, or Criminal Justice.  Also, I have been thinking about joining the military.  If I were to join the military, I would join the Marines.  I am currently 17 years old, and a senior at Canon-McMillan High School.  On September 12th, 2012, I succesfully completed my Eagle Scout Board of Review.  By doing so, I am now a second generation Eagle Scout (my father is one too). I was also nominated for the 2012-2013 Positive Athlete Award presented by Hines Wards.

After high school, I plan on attending college, and playing soccer at the collegiate level.  After college, I wish to play soccer at the professional level. If this is not a pursuable goal, I wish to be an entrepreneur.  Both of my parents are entrepreneurs, and I want to become one too.  I attended PFEW (Pennsylvania Free Enterprise Week) which is the top business camp in the state of Pennsylvania.

I am keeping my options open, and of course I am looking into every option that is available to me.
