My family continues to support me on and off the field. I started playing at a competitive level when I was 8 years old. I have played in many games and tournaments since then in both Canada and the USA. One of the best accomplishments I had when being named captain of my Rep Team as well as my Varsity team in my first year of playing. I also played for the Rep team a year older on a regular basis. My goal is to be on the honour roll at the end of this year. I am in a French immersion program, and beginning to learn Spanish. I have already achieved athlete of the month in the soccer season and now I am hoping to achieve Junior Athlete of the Year.
Since playing soccer I have developed great skills such as responsibility, time management, leadership, sportsmanship and respect, which really shape who I am today. I have many skills that I believe you would like such as I think quick on my feet, I work well with others, I use both my feet and my head, and I feel I have excellent work ethic and vision. I like to be challenged on and off the field and I feel I am a valuable, respectful and talented member of any soccer team I play for. My goals after high school are to achieve a good education in an area that I am passionate about and play competitive soccer.
