Tommy Harr '13 Recruiting Profile

Hi coach, my name is Tommy Harr. Thanks for taking the time to look at my profile. I am a Junior at Pickerington North High School, near Columbus Ohio. My GPA is presently 3.65 I am currently 5' 11" and weigh 150 pounds.

My club team is the Columbus Crew Soccer Academy. I play right and left midfield, and can use either foot with similar touch and power. I played a bit of an attacking right defender last club season as well.  

I started all of our Varsity games as a sophomore as a midfielder, and earned 2nd team All Ohio Capital Conference honors totaling 7 goals and 10 assists last season. Junior year I was injured pre-season with a broken nose and mono.  It was a difficult recovery, however I managed to start in every varsity game and earn 2nd team OCC and Comeback Player of the Year award for the team.  

I have a great desire to play soccer in college. I have given up baseball and basketball in the past year to hone my skills for this challenge. I am open to all areas geographically, and schools of all sizes as long as I am a proper fit in the school and your program.  I hope to study business, or physical therapy.  I expect to make my college decision by March 2012.
