My name is Zach Judis and I am a Junior at New Albany High School. I just finished my second season with my high school team. I was a varsity starter and played center back. I play club soccer for the Crew Pre Academy U17. On my Crew team I am a starter and play left back. I have played for the Crew Pre Academy for the last 3 years. Before that I played for OP soccer club for one year and prior to that I was with the Crew for 4 years. I started off playing soccer at 4 years old where all I did was run around the field. I began club soccer when I was 6 years old and that is when I really developed into a strong player.
One of my biggest strengths as a soccer player is my ability to hold onto the ball. I am also a very strong playerand am very good at reading the game. I have good ball skills and good control. I am a versatile player and can play many positions on the field but I am most comfortable as a left back.
Not only am I hard worker on the soccer field but I am also a hard worker in school. I work very hard to maintain my grades and I know that with good grades that will better help me get into a good college.
I am hoping to go to college to play soccer but I am keeping my options open as to where I want to go. I know there are many opportunities out there but I am keeping an open mind and want to find a good match for me.
I appreciate you taking the time to read my personal statement. Thank you.
