Soccer has been a large part of my life ever since I was very little. My mother played it, my father played it and still does, even my older brother played. So it was a family thing. At the ripe age of three, my mother placed me in a recreational soccer league where she and my daycare provider both were assigned as my coaches. Ever since I was first able to kick a ball, I have loved the sport. Soccer flows through my veins like a necessary lifeline and without it I would be lost in the world. So, ever since I was taught to play I have stuck with it and developed my skills to be one of the best.
Also, even though soccer is a very important part of who I am, academics is another monumental part of my life. I always strive to be the best in class and best on the field. Throughout high school I have maintained a 4.0 unweighted GPA and continue to accomplish that goal to keep it there. It is my goal in college to continue with great grades in order to attain a college degree and start a promising career.
I would love more than anything to continue to play soccer at any level in college as I complete my educational aspirations.
