Zachary Girod '12 Recruiting Profile

     My name is Zachary Girod.  I am 5'11"  and weigh 170 pounds and run a 4.6 forty.  I started playing soccer in the first grade and I have not been  without a team.  I have continued to excel in both club and high school leagues over the last twelve years.  Last year, my high school team was state runner up and I was awarded all south district.  I have lived in both Louisiana and Mississippi, and now, I wish to continue my education as well as elevate my athletic  level of play after graduation.  I can play almost any position on the field but I prefer to play midfield or striker.  I am currently maintaining a 3.7 gpa.  I am interested in a business degree and the only preference that I have about a school is that they play mens soccer.  I always strive to improve my skills with each practice and game.  I hope that I will be given the opportunity to play at the collegiate level in the months to come.
