I have had a passion for playing soccer since the age of five. What sets me apart from other players is that I wake up each day and ask myself, "What do I need to do today to achieve my goals of going to college and playing soccer at the collegiate level?" What I then choose to do that day include things such as deciding to eat good food, working on skills in the backyard, going on a three mile run, and even studying and doing test prep on the computer. My actions every day focus on achieving my goals of earning a college degree and playing college soccer.
I consider myself to be a smart, technical player who has good vision on the field. My ability to create chances for my teammates is one of my greatest strengths as a soccer player. While I am mainly a midfielder, I also have experience playing left back. I am left footed. I pride myself in my composure on the ball and my ability to keep the ball under pressure. I consider myself to be a coachable player. I always try my hardest to execute what the coach wants me to do and to do what is best for the team. I respect my coaches and their knowledge of the game. I know that I have much to learn and I look to these experienced leaders for guidance.
