I have been playing soccer since I was 6. For as long as I can remember, I have wanted to be able to play soccer at the collegiate level. I have always worked to achieve that goal, in school soccer and as a member of the club team NEFC. I am a hard working and persistent athlete that is always striving to improve through training and conditions while at the same time learning new techniques to better my play.
As a member of the Gardner High School soccer team, I have had the ability to play in varsity competition as a freshman, and as a sophomore. As a sophomore, this past season, I became the starting varsity goalkeeper for my team. This will lead me to having played varsity soccer for four years of high school, providing me with the ability to learn about leading and working with a team at the top high school level. It also gives me the opportunity to better my goalkeeping against the top players and teams in my area for two more seasons.
Academically, I am working to increase my GPA from a 3.3 and maintain an average that will keep me on my school's Principals List. For the 2017-2018 school year, I am registered and am taking 4 honors-level classes along with one Advanced Placement class.
