Lane Schicke '15 Recruiting Profile

I haven't been handed many things in my life: I have always believed that in order to obtain success in anything one does they must put in a large amount of effort. What sets me apart from other athletes is my will, my determination, and my work ethic. No matter where I am at in life I know that the key will always be to persevere and continue with hard work. Although I plan to impress coaches and players alike with my skills and talent I want to be considered a leader of my fellow teammates for my desire to never give up. I am very loyal to people who give me the chance to be something and prove something to them. I want nothing more in life than to be the best athlete as well as student that I can be.have played year round including a trip with the SuperClubs National Team where I played some of the most elite competition in England, Wales, and Ireland. I recorded 4 goals and 6 assist as a right midfielder in the 6 games we played in Europe; including a goal against the U18 Irish National team. Coaches I hope you don't count me out for any factor like location or height or anything of the sort, because I train every day to achieve my goals and would love to play for a program that wants to see my career go further.
