Alexander Gregory '21 Recruiting Profile

I fell in love with the game of soccer at the age of 10, playing in a local rec league. I quickly grew more hungry for a full time commitment and challenge of travel soccer, and was fortunate to make the team for FW United. I have always dreamed of playing at a high-level, in college and possibly even pro-soccer.  It was a dream realized when I had the opportunity to travel to, train with local professionals and play matches in Barcelona, Spain and Lisbon, Portugal in 2014. In addition, I had the opportunity to tour Camp Nou, and later attend the FC Barcelona match in Celta Vigo.  I am so fortunate to have the ability to compete, train and play at FW United and the past few years my passion for the game has grown even more.  This past April I was blessed to travel to Italy to train and play with Italian clubs  I was honored to play with our team as we came back to the US a proud 3-0 and I was even more proud to score 3 goals for my club overseas. While in Italy, we were so fortunate to tour the Juventus stadium while attending Serie A matches. This fall, I was super excited to start my High School Soccer career and making the team at Carroll High school. God has blessed me to be the only boy in my family, I have 5 amazing sisters (Yep, the only boy in a family of 6 kids....you read that correctly) we are a very close family and I love my parents and sisters with all of my heart and thank them all for all that they have supported me to accomplish so far. I look forward to the next few years and an amazing high school experience.
