I started to play when I was 10 years or my 6th grade year. I tried out for the travel team and didn't make the A team. We had enough players to have a B team. I played center midfield when I first started. It was completely different from the other sports I played such as baseball and football. I never even imagined myself playing goalie. Once I started playing it, I fell in love with that position. Through all the injuries and the ambulance ride, I still love the game and position with all my heart.
I hope to get a college scholarship to play soccer. Soccer is my love. I am always out at my high school field playing soccer trying to improve any skill I can to make myself better. I get along with all of my teammates and I am the captain of my high school team. I want to play soccer as long as I can. If it's a Junior college or if it is Division 1 soccer, I would be a asset to the team and not only make myself better but surrounding players better also. I would just like an opportunity to pursue my dream of playing college soccer.
