Randall Miksch '17 Recruiting Profile

My name is Randy Miksch.  I currently play at Real Valladolid International in Valladolid, Spain. I have been here since September 27, 2015; as I was recruited over the summer 2015 after being seen by the Director of Coaching from Valladolid FC during a team soccer event in Spain.   I also attend High School here. After two months I was conversational!  I intend on finishing my Senior year back home at Warren Township HS in Gurnee, IL

I am a Goalkeeper and have been since I was 10 years old.  I am an aggressive and smart player.  I command my back line and my team very well. I can handle the ball well with both feet and I cover the angles very well.  I was taught at a young age, the "box" is my house, "enter at your own risk"! Growing up I had the motto instilled into to me that in life there are only three things you can control in life, and soccer, your attitude, your effort, and how prepared you are.  So, every time I step on to the soccer field, I make sure I can come play with an open mind and willing body.  I work very hard at improving my game and try to push myself a little farther every time.  I will do almost anything to help my team win a game.   I am very coachable, while also seeking to be leader on and off the field. 

I am interested in seeking a degree in Cyber Security and Business Finance.  I will be in Spain Until June 16th.  If we have a mutual interest in getting our schedules together, I will be able to come to your school after I return.  Thank you in advance of your interest in me!  I look forward to talking with you and meeting you!
