Blaise Haba '16 Recruiting Profile

  My name is Blaise Haba. I am a 5'10", 163 pound Midfielder from West Haven High School, Connecticut. I will graduate in May 2016. As a soccer player, I have 12 years of experience, and I was a first team all-conference selection in 2014.

  Since I was 10 year of age, I have always wanted to become a professional soccer player and finish college. I am looking at all colleges that have opportunities to offer me in scholarship, academic or sports. I am seeking for an institution where I can find the right balance between the classroom and field.

  I am hard worker and I always give my team the extra push they need from a team player. I create an atmosphere and great team chemistry, I love setting up plays, I distribute the ball well with both left and right feet, and I have great ball control and can also play multiple position. I bring to the field hard work and passion every time I am out and never give up. I train hard off the field as well as on the field.

    I would like to pursue an academic program at an accredited higher institution (college, university) in the field of accounting, business and sport management.

  I would also be willing to travel farther to a school with great college town atmosphere which has a strong soccer program and offers great competition in sports and academic programs.

  I am a player who is looking to get to the highest level of soccer. It would be a dream come true if I can play at a competitive college that in the future will allow me to make an impact on the team while still pursing my academic major. I want to take the best advantage from the opportunities that are offered to me.
