Cody Vergara '12 Recruiting Profile

I am a 5'10" Goalkeeper from Centennial, Colorado and l will be graduating in the 2012 class at Eaglecrest High School. I am currently  the starting goalkeeper for our Varsity soccer team. In the High School off season I play competitive club for the u-18 Colorado Storm WCDA team. I am searching for a college soccer program where I can make an immediate impact, as well as further develop my skills and strength on the field and in academics. I have been playing competitive soccer since the age of 11. Throughout those years I have been playing at State Cup tournaments and out of State tournaments at a high level. My goal is to play at a collegiate level. As an athlete you will find that I am very coachable, I am a hard worker and always the first on the field and last to come off the field. As a student I work just as hard to keep my grades up. I am leaning more towards schools on the west coast but I am open to any opportunity where I can excel in school.
