Gavin Hawkins '25 Recruiting Profile

My name is Gavin Hawkins, graduation year 2025. I will be a Senior at Santa Cruz High School in Fall where I carry a 3.95 GPA. I primarily play as an outside back for Breakers FC U19 in the MLS Next League. I am a passionate, dedicated, and skillful player on the pitch with extreme tactical awareness both on and off the ball. Although I traditionally play as an outside back, I am versatile and can play almost anywhere on the field as needed to help my team succeed. I always work my hardest on and off the field, no matter the circumstances.

Some of my accomplishments include years of consistent top finishes with Breakers FC (MLS Next), and assisting my MLS Next U19 team to become Northwest League champions this year with MLS Next Play-offs in Nashville on the horizon. In addition, I played for CalNorth ODP when I was younger prior to joining MLS Next (and the DA before that). I also participate in Track & Field teams where I run the 100m and 4x100m relay.

My goal for college is to find a school that has my field of study and has a strong soccer program. I am a well rounded person who comes with endurance, speed, tenacity, leadership, and loyalty to both my team, family and friends.
