I'm looking to play collegiate soccer at the highest level possible on the west coast. I've played soccer for 12 years and counting. During those 12 years I played as both a field player and goalkeeper. This gives me a better understanding of the game and the role of each player as well as being very comfortable with my feet.
As a goalkeeper I am strong in my shot stopping ability and one on one saves. I am also very good at communicating with players on the field and organizing them, especially my back line. I understand the game well and I am able to apply this knowledge to help my teammates out.
Academically I am also strong. I come from Campolindo High School which is one of the top 10 performing public high schools in California. Through playing soccer, I learned valuable skills such as communications and leadership that I can apply to my daily life. I also attended White Stag Leadership Camp, which is a week long camp out that teaches you skills to be a good leader. I've also been on the White Stag Staff, and taught the same skills to others who wanted to learn. I believe this makes me stand out from others. Overall I believe that I am the best choice as I am committed to both playing soccer and academics.
