Corey Schramm '14 Recruiting Profile

My name is Corey Schramm and I have been playing competative soccer since I was 6 years old. I am 5'7"  and weigh 150 pounds. Although I was a right defender for the past three years for the Pateadores, I am now the starting defensive midfielder for the Pateadores Academy. I have competed internationally in France, Ireland, Italy, and several college showcases including Florida and Dallas three times at the Academy level.I was also selected to the ODP regional team and have worked out and made a few appearnces with the USA National team.

I am a very dedicated and loyal person who works hard both on and off the field to make me a better person and one with greater achievements. I am a team player, and have been captain for several years..Every team I have been on prior to Academy was ranked 1st Nationally and our Pateadores Academy team went to the final eight in finals week.

I have maintained a 3.4 GPA at Artesia High School while taking AP courses. I was the  drum line captain in our schools symphonic/marching band and received many awards. I was the starting defensive back as a freshman on our varsity soccer team that made it to the CIF simi finals, but have not been allowed to play there the last three years due to Academy rules.I have been awarded the teachers highest honor award for social sciences and history as well.
