I'm looking forward to going to a college where I can pay at a high level of lacrosse and get a good education. In the classroom I am very committed to my studies. Over the years I have learned to balance my academics with my athletics. My classwork is as important to me as lacrosse. When i'm not in school you will almost find me in the gym or on the field. My athleticism makes me stand out as a recruit. When i'm not playing lacrosse I am putting my efforts into my varsity football team, rec basketball team, skiing in the winter, and playing golf in the summer(on my days off from lacrosse). Through out my lacrosse career I have started varsity as a freshman, I led my team in goals scored by a long pole, I create at least 2-3 turnovers a game, and I clear the ball effectively. In my 2017 spring lacrosse season I had 36 ground balls and 38 turnovers. I think a key component of a great defense is great communication and my communication with my fellow defenders is at the highest level. One thing that makes me standout from other defensemen is that I am very good at taking the ball up the field and across the midline. My speed and physicality really help with that.
