Playing college lacrosse is my passion. Becoming a successful Physical Therapist or a Physician Assistant is my dream.
My name is Alexander Becerra, I attend Tottenville High School, in Staten Island, NY. I am currently a junior at 5'11" tall weighing 185 lbs. Some physical attributes include a 4.6 40 yard dash, max bench at 185 lbs and max squat at 275 lbs. I was considered the defensive stopper on my team and one of the most punishing defenders in the league. I have been playing competitive lacrosse for 2 years with my high school and 2 year with my club team, 2 Knights Lacrosse/Caballeros Sentry Select.
I am looking for a school that can provide me with an excellent education and a interactive campus to enjoy my life as a college student. I am open to any college, big or small, and at any division. I am looking to pursue a career in either medicine or physical therapy.
My athletic goals as a collegiate player are to compete in an extremely high level playing field, becoming a leader that all of my teammates can look to for help and guidance. I am always trying to improve my skills and knowledge of the game. My work ethic and determination is second to none, on and off the field. I'm a very coachable player and can take and give instruction well during the game.
I have recently been honored in making the 2013 Brine National All-American Classic too. I will be representing the Long Island South region. http://highschoolsports.silive.com/news/article/49383575416207902/national-honor-for-tottenville-junior-lacrosse-player-alex-becerra/
