My goal as a lacrosse player is to strive to be the best I can be. Defensively speaking this means that I would like to perfect skills such as off-ball defense and one-on-one play. What makes me a good candidate is that I can take adversity and use it as fuel to make myself better. I always strive to be the best and I know no matter how good I am I can always get better. The reason why I am different than other recruits would be the fact that I believe there is no such thing as perfection. This belief gives me fuel each and everyday to do my best and reminds me that there is always going to be someone better than me. This translates into the way I act, my work ethic in the classroom as well as the lacrosse field. In terms of character I am very level headed and I don't have a big ego. This gives me an edge over other recruits because I am more coachable than others. When I'm on the lacrosse field nothing else in life matters. I am always working on all aspects of my game during practice as well as outside of practice. Academically I strive for greatness. Unlike some recruits I take academics seriously and I know how to manage my time around lacrosse practice, work, and school that is very effective. All of these qualities make me a great candidate for any lacrosse team.
