My goals and aspirations for college would to be accepted in to an elite school for both academics and Lacrosse. I believe things that can help me achieve this goal are my desire, my character and my leadership qualities. One quality that sets me apart from other recruits is my desire and heart. I have never been the most physically dominant on the field or smartest kid in the class, but I refuse to be outworked by anyone in life whether it is school or an athletic event. I am a strong believer in how you can't control how well you play at times, but you can control your work ethic. Another quality that sets me apart from peers is my ability to be a leader. Anyone can be a leader when everything is going as planned, but when you hit a bump in your path, that's when true leaders emerge. When the team is up by six in the first quarter or when the teacher gives out an easy quiz that everyone aces it's easy to stay positive, but when the team is down by a fair margin or you bomb a test, that's when true character is shown. Another area that sets me apart from my fellow recruits is my ability to be coachable and open to learning new things.
