Personal Statement
Since the age of 4 years old, I have been in love with Hockey. I have played at the Tier 1 AAA level as a Defenseman for my entire life. The club teams that I have played on coming up have not always been winning teams, but have had some successes. Because of that, I have had to overcome adversity, be a team player and learn the game by competing as hard as I can every time my skates touch the ice. This experience has helped me grow as a player and person. In my Minor Midget (current) season, I have developed my game to be able to compete with success at the next level.
I carry the same work ethic in my schooling. In my freshman year I made the school honors list and I am currently holding an 86% (3.1 GPA) Avg. I am looking for a program that will suit me both as an athlete and a student. I believe that my dedication and work ethics will have a direct impact on your program!
