- Our Summer Defense camp is an intense *4 day program covering a wide range of defensive skills and concepts including: Gap Control Lateral Mobility Foot Speed Backward Skating Playing the Rush Positioning in all Zones Breakout Options Creating Passing Angles Reading Pressure Supporting your Partner Play in Front of the Net And Much More! The program utilizes both full ice drills and a station format maximizing ice time and student / instructor interaction. Program Features: 4 Day Camp 2hrs of On Ice Instruction Daily 45min Classroom/Video Session Daily Low Student/Instructor Ratio (Aprox 6 to 1). NOTE: Certain locations are 3 day weekend camps and include a double session on Saturday.
