My greatest strength as an athlete is that I'm always striving to be better and will not give anything but my best on the ice.
I have the same discipline in the classroom and have earned the respect of my coaches, teachers, teammates and other students with my solid work ethic and positive attitude.
Within a short time I've improved my goaltending skills because my parents see my dedication and are willing to get me to as many camps, clinics and open ice as possible. I listen to suggestions and am always seeking ways to get more skilled.
My hope is to work in the field of sports science but I also love geography and mapping. Should I have the opportunity to be a collegiate student athlete, obtaining a degree will be of primary importance. I understand the discipline it takes to excel in both aspects and I'm willing to commit myself to both hockey and academic excellence.
