I always work hard, do my best and put my team first on the ice as well as off. I was an assistant this year and even though i had injuries that kept me off the ice for part of the season, i was always there to keep my team's spirits up.
In my 2nd year of AA PeeWee, I was asked to be the team Captain. We had a great team and it was a good year. At the end of the season, I received the Craig Ketzel Scholarship and top defenseman award. I was able to use the scholarship for a training camp that the Alberta Winter Games put on.
I love the friendships that we had and even though my team did not have a great season, we had fun.
