As a member of a state qualifying golf team and state finalist marching band, I have learned that goal setting, teamwork, and sacrifice are necessary to be successful. Working hard all Fall has helped me reach a goal I have had for a while of having an under par round. I have had two and now, I plan to use the confidence and experience I gained from reaching that goal, to reach my ultimate goal of playing on a college golf team.
I am searching for a college golf program that is a fit both academically and athletically. I plan to major in business with a focus in sports management, with a goal of eventually working professionally in the golf industry. Having grown up in a town that values tradition, academics, and athletic excellence, I hope to play for a program that has an atmosphere of loyalty and dedication where I can make an impact as a player and teammate.
