Henry Gay '20 Recruiting Profile

Ever since I was young boy I have had a love for the game of golf.  With that passion and drive for the game of golf I decided last year that I would make it my mission to be a high level college player. I recognize that academics are an important part of a golfers life, so I try to excel in the classroom to the best of my ability and I have made it my mission this year to get an average of above 80%.  I want to study business and some day earn the opportunity to work with the company that has been in my family for generations. Over a long period of time I have worked very hard at the game and Am dedicated to get better. In the past 2 years I have dropped my handicap from a 12 to a 5, and I continue to work on my game at every opportunity. I feel very strong now with my game and I believe that my goal in a couple of years is on the horizon for me if I continue on this path with the same drive and passion that I have right now. With this work ethic I will work harder than all and hope to continue on this upward motion and someday make my dreams a reality.
