Spring 2012Personal Statement
I am a senior from White Plains High School, NY. I have had a great summer playing golf . Two of my dreams came true this summer - I became the 2012 Junior Club Champion at Westchester Hills Golf Club, Low Medalist for Qualifier for Men's Club Championship (74, 74) and the 2012 Men's Club Champion! I am 1 of 5 children, 2nd oldest. I have an outgoing personality and am a leader. I have played on my high school varsity golf team for 4 years- since 8th grade. I was fortunate enough to play with both of my brothers at one point on the White Plains High School Varsity golf team. We have won our section the past two years! This season I was seeded number 1 for my team after starting the season as the number 2 seed. I worked really hard on my golf game. I was ranked #2 for my section by the end of the season. I am a true team player. I would like to attend a 4 year college and study business. It is my dream to continue to play golf on a competitive college team.
