My name is Dante Nichols, I have had a dream since I was in the sixth grade to play college football. I have been playing football since I was six and the game has taught me many valuable lessons. I love this game with a great passion and would do anything to keep it in my life after high school. The main reason is for my grandmother, she has been my biggest fan through my career and has told me I can make it to the next level in football. I want to show her that one day I did make it to the next level and make her proud. This game takes up most of my life and I don't mind it.
This year as a Junior I missed my entire season due to a right knee injury where I tore my ACL and had to have surgery. However, I got a 3.6 GPA for the fall semester which consisted of mostly catching up due to missing a month of school from recovering. I am doing physical therapy twice a week to become a better player than I was before my injury. My closest friends and I all have dreams of making it to the next level and we push each other to be the best we can. So now I encourage you to also look at Jace Torrez and Ryan Moore, for they are two amazing players that also have a dream just like me.
