Lucas Adams '17 Recruiting Profile

Greetings coaches,

    My name is Lucas Adams.  For as long as I can remember I have been excelling in school.  From presidential excellence in middle school, to scoring in the top percentiles of every standardized test, I have put myself in a position to be successful in the classroom.   My drive comes naturally to me and that is why I have come to excel on the golf course.

   With that being said, I began golf just over two years ago.  I have never had professional coaching.  Every little thing I have learned has come through trial and error.  I truly believe in the right hands my potential upside could be monumental.  I would project with professional coaching, within the first year my strokes would be right there at par.  I would love to get the opportunity to further my game in what has become my favorite thing to do.

    When I'm not studying or golfing, I currently work five jobs trying to save for a better future.  Any one of my bosses would tell you no matter what the job is, I will see it through and get it done.  No matter the time, cost, effort, if I need to get it done I will.  I have put in all the work over the years to get a college scholarship simply because I do not have the money for college without one.  I would greatly appreciate any consideration you might have in giving me the chance to be successful on and off the golf course.
