Samuel Billman '17 Recruiting Profile

I am 5 ft 9 in and weigh 200 pounds.  I am built to be a football player, but have always loved the game of golf.  I am unsure of my major  for college, but am leaning towards sports management.  Golf is an important part of my life.  I started golfing when I was 12 years old with my grandpa and bought my first set of clubs when I was 14.  I have worked at a local golf course the last 2 years and enjoy the opportunity this gives me to golf when I'm not working.  I am a hard-worker and coachable player.  My high school does not offer golf as a sport, but has allowed me to participate in regional tournaments as an individual beginning my sophomore year.  I improved each year and missed qualifying for state my senior year by 2 strokes.  My personal highlight earlier this year was getting a hole in one at Prairie Vista in Bloomington, IL.  If you could take the time to view my profile I would be grateful.
