William Leach '20 Recruiting Profile

     As a freshman, I was in a playoff to go to the sectional tournament.  I ended up losing the playoff, which taught me many life lessons and moral values.  During this time, I thought everyone, including my team and family, were disappointed in me .  This, however, was false.  I realized my loss wasn’t from anyone else, it was all on me.  This realization pushed me to strive to get to the sectional tournament the next year.

     My work ethic and ability has not changed since that day.  I continue to push myself past my limits and the limits others had set for me.  This work ethic I have gained, is both on and off the course.  In the classroom I am top of my class, and this comes from my work ethic, concentration, and compatability.  You would be quick to find out I am a great leader, and a responsible teammate, which will be an unbelievable influence on your college and your golf team.
