John Carroll '12 Recruiting Profile

My name is John Carroll and I currently attend St. Charles North High School, class of 2012. My GPA is currently 3.7/5.0 I come from a supportive golfing family and started playing at age 5. I started playing competitive golf the summer before my freshman year and have been working hard at the game since. My golfing work ethic is second to none. I also became involved in other aspects of the game such as club making and tournament volunteer opportunities. I love the game because of its challenges and opportunities and feel my game is improving faster that most. I would like to find a University, small, medium or larger in size, where I can find the right balance of academics and athletics.  I am open to any program where I might make an impact. At this point I am undecided as to a major but look forward to exploring the possibilities.
