Nick Cantlay '13 Recruiting Profile

Hello College Coaches:

I understand that academics come first before my athletic goals.  I have attended a high school, Servite, that is very academically challenging and my grades have improved in each of my first 3 years.  Now in my senior year, I have especially improved in my time managment and prioritizing of activities to excel in all areas of my life.  I will work just as hard in the classrom as I will on the golf course and gym.

I began my golf career a little later than some but I have worked quite hard on my fundamentals and tournament play over the last 2 years.  I plan to play golf in college and will work harder than anyone to improve.  With my family's help I have assembled some of the best teachers in the game to help me and I will be a better player one year from now.  I will continue to improve also in the years to come.  I will graduate from a 4 year university and ultimately I hope to contribute toward an NCAA championship for a Division 1 golf team.
