Sports have always played an important role in my life. I started playing basketball, football, and baseball at the age of five. My ability to play various sports has earned me a title of a “dual athlete.” Competing in sports has helped me really focus on my athletic performance. Basketball is and always has been my first passion. I am working hard every day on the court and classroom to make a difference. I am currently a junior in high school and looking forward to the opportunity to play Division 1 college basketball and earning a college degree.
I have played organized and AAU basketball for 9 years. I am a very versatile player that has the ability to play multiple positions. I can execute and deliver at the point and shooting guard positions. I play the 1 and 2 positions at any time, depending on my team needs. Independently, I can run plays, find the open player, shoot when my team needs a basket, help break the press and make great plays on defense. Defense is one of my strongest abilities! I am an all-around player on and off the court. My transitional skills and driving ability has enhanced my game tremendously. I put in many additional hours in the gym to elevate my game.
I am currently a scholar athlete with a 3.2 GPA. I was selected 6A All-South Region - Second TEam and Conference 4 All - Conference First Team Honors. I was also selected for the "Captain's Award" on my high school basketball team.
