Aidan Moorman '21 Recruiting Profile

I've been playing basketball since I was five years old. I've always loved the game, and when I was nine my one big dream became to play at a D1 school. Along the way, I played soccer and baseball, but basketball has always been where my heart is. I currently play football and basketball because I believe it's important to be a well-rounded athlete.

Although I'm often the youngest player on the court, I assume a leadership role. My teammates look to me for direction, and I understand that my attitude on (and off) the court impacts others. I am always eager to learn and very coachable.

Off the court I'm working hard to achieve my Eagle Scout rank in Boy Scouts. I hope to reach this goal by Summer of 2018. I also perform service as part of my commitment to National Junior Honor Society. I realize that as important as my athletic goals are, my academics must come first. I study hard and maintain an A average in all my classes. I have been accepted into multiple honors classes for my freshman year. I strive to set a good example for others through my commitment in everything I do.
