Luke Maurer '15 Recruiting Profile

     To start, I would like to thank you for taking time to review my profile. As a junior in high school, I am working hard to make my collegiate dreams become a reality.  I am undecided on what I plan to study in college, however, Business/Foreign Languages does interest me.  Throughout all of my school years, I have always set my standards high to achieve academic and athletic goals; which I am proud to have accomplished.  I am a great candidate for your team because my work ethic, on and off the court, is superb.  I always have a positive attitude toward learning and understanding skills that can enhance me as an individual, and also as a member of a team.  I am a well-rounded student-athlete, and also involved in various extracurricular activities.  I find the balance between academics, athletics, and extracurricular activities, which I feel separates me from other recruits.  I am the sixth child of seven children. My parents instilled in all of us, strong values in character, faith, and perseverance. My post high school plans will definitely include going to college, but adding collegiate basketball to the mix is my ultimate goal.
