My name is Darnell Edge. I`m a 16 year old basketball player from Saugerties, NY. I have a 94 overall average and am going into my senior year of high school. This past season I was awarded Section 9 1st team, League MVP and top 50 basketball players in the state. I work at the Saugerties Boys and Girls Club and was voted the NY State Youth of the Year along with Youth of the community. What separates me from other players is that I`m an extremely hard worker, competetive player, and will do whatever it takes to win. I`m a leader on and off the court and am fully commited to my schoolwork, community and bettering myself. My goal in the next couple years is to earn a scholarship into a 4 year university and earn my degree in Sports Management. What`s makes me a good candidate for any team and coach is that I`m a leader on and off the court and will do my best to put my team in a position to win.
