Tyler Cruz '16 Recruiting Profile

          My name is Tyler Cruz and I attend John S. Burke Catholic High School. Soon I will begin my sophomore year in high school, I am 5"10 and weigh 175 lbs. I have participated in several AAU programs such as B.C. Eagles, Golden Eagles, and Hudson Valley Wolves. I've been playing basketball for 9 years and I've won the New York State Championship with the C.Y.O at the 8th grade level. My goal is to be a student-athlete and some of my academic achievements are that I am taking some advanced classes such as Math and Science. I've completed several regents such as Algebra, Biology, Earth Science, and Geometry. My GPA is an 88.9 and I am in the Peer Connection Program. Another goal of mine is to play at the college level and at any point if I can visit your school and I will greatly appreciate it. My love for basketball is forever lasting; whenever I'm on the court I give 110%. I never stop competing and there are no breaks, I push myself to the maximum ability every game. I was moved up and started at the J.V level my freshman year at Burke Catholic High School. I know that I have much space to improve my game and my academics and I won't stop improving myself in every aspect.
