In college I aspire to play basketball at the highest level possible. I believe that my team loyalty is one of my greatest assets and I would be a great addition to any team. One of the reasons I play sports is the camaraderie among my teammates. My love for basketball stems mainly from the speed and skill that is required to play. I believe that the main quality that sets me apart from others is my ability to read my opponent and my instinctive blocking capability.
I have always been an excellent student and have pride in my intelligence and success in academics. I have been placed in all honors level classes since 6th grade. I successfully completed honors Physics as a freshman in high school without taking the required math class. I am interested in pursuing a career in Kinesiology.
My athletic history of playing many other sports since I was four years old, has allowed me to excel in basketball and has also led me to focus on basketball as my only competitive sport. I still enjoy playing other sports in my free time to supplement my basketball skills. I look forward to a very exciting college career.
