Will Nixon '12 Recruiting Profile

My name is Will Nixon, I am 6'7 and I weigh 190 pounds. I mostly play the center position but I can play power-forward and small forward. This past 2009-2010 season I am honored and humbled to announce I was selected Conference Honorable Mention as a Sophomore. When I play for a team I bring energy, scoring,rebounding and shot blocking, good work ethic, hard work, teamwork, and sportsmanship. I am ready to do what it takes to help me get better so I can assist in the overall success of the team. The region of the school I want to attend does not matter because I enjoy playing the game of basketball. I am open to playing at the highest level of competition because wherever I play I will bring my best. But most importantly, I am also looking for a good academic school so I can pursue my desire to major in Computers and Chemistry. My athletic goals for basketball is to contribute immediatley as a freshman, compete at the highest level of competion, and I have a major impact on the team. One of my primary goals I set for myself is to lead the team in rebounds and blocked shots.
