Anthony Haskett '17 Recruiting Profile

My ultimate goal is to earn a scholarship to a collegiate school, play basketball at the next level and graduate with degree, majoring in Kinesiology/Sports Medicine, and also minoring in Psychology. I also want to eventually play professional basketball overseas and then pass my knowledge onto players by training or coaching. I have an extremely strong work ethic, I am a gym rat, and nobody works as hard as I do. I see myself as an exceptional team player, always putting the team first and I have a strong will to win. I wouldn't be where I am today as a player or a person because everything I have has been earned not given. I like to see myself as a mature leader and someone who leads by example, someone people look up to on the court and off the court. Family and academics are just important to me as basketball is, if not more important. I give my best effort in class and continue to try to get better in everything. I am never satisfied, and there is always room for improvement.
