Myles Wise '15 Recruiting Profile

I have been playing basketball since I was 6 years old and competitively since I was 8. My parents have raised me to use basketball as a way to achieve a free education after high school, and that anything else was an extra bonus. My family history involves nothing but basketball all-stars, including Brandon Ashley from Arizona, and Eric Wise, who graduated USC last year. I have been specifically playing the point guard role since I started my basketball journey and understand how to lead my teammates and do what it takes to win. My passion for this game burns and I know I have what it takes to play at the next level because of my years of experience. When it comes to my character I am a well mannered young man, and I know that I am representing both my family and team on and off the court. As a point guard, I know my job is to set up my teammates and make them look as best as they can, but I am also very capable of scoring myself. I take tremendous pride in my defense and hope to make my dream of playing college ball a reality. Thank you for your time.
