Micky Bhangu '16 Recruiting Profile

What I strive to achieve in my collegiate experience is to play basketball at the division 1 level, while obtaining my Bachelor of Science (BSC) degree. During my years, I aspire to help my team have a chance to win every game we play. My work ethic, passion, and selflessness makes me a stellar candidate for any team. I am willing to sacrifice my all for the team. What sets me apart from other recruits is my resiliency, doing what ever it takes for the team to win, sportsmanship, selflessness, and passion. Take care of my responsibilities on, and off the court. Athletically, my first step and explosiveness is one of the things I take most pride in. I feel I can get past any defender due to it. Also, my ability to knock down perimeter shots and jumpers at a high consistency sets me apart. One key component I have is a motor. Always hustling for loose balls and rebounds; Taking pride in my defence. Academically, coming from a family of doctors, a strong emphasis has always been put on my education. Have been an Honor Roll student all of my years. I strive to study medicine and become a Sports Physiatrist. All in all, whatever team I play for will recieve my 100% dedication.
