Dezhion Carter '21 Recruiting Profile

My name is Dezhion J. Carter.  Most of my family and friends call me "DJ".  I am your next recruit.  I am currently a 5'10 170lb running back/wide receiver/shooting guard and point guard at Montgomery Catholic Preparatory High School.  My desire is to learn at every level and apply what I have learned to college.  I want to play basketball at the next level.  While attending college, I plan on majoring in Forensic Science or Chemistry.  So a college that stimulates my mind and elevate my game is exactly what I need and looking for to achieve my ultimate goal of playing at the next level.  I am known to many as a "beast" because I am driven both athletically and academically.  I currently hold a GPA of 3.43 while taking honors classes that prepare me for the next level.  I play sports all year around to include football, basketball and travel basketball.  I am currently a Freshman on the Varsity basketball team where I have been since the 8th grade.  Early this year, we were Area champs and made it to the semi-finals of the state.  Hopefully when the season starts we can bring that trophy home.  My attributes consists of being humble, hungry, smart, competitive, positive and a quick learner.  I am what every coach desires and that is a coachable athlete.  I bring my attributes on and off the court because my desire is to be an all around scorer.  I am serious about playing at the next level.  So let's take that journey together.
