My name is Paul Anthony Scott. To understand me, you first need to understand my name. My first name, Paul, was given to me in accordance with the Biblical man named Paul. Paul, formerly known as Saul, experienced a lot in his life. Ultimately, he endured a transformation that resulted in him changing his ways and pursuing God’s purpose for his life. My middle name, Anthony, was given to me to honor my paternal lineage, as it’s my father’s first name. My name explains a lot about who I am: Paul means small and/or humble. I am the youngest of my family and I demonstrate a great degree of humility. Anthony means “highly praiseworthy”. I readily work hard and strive to live up to my parents’ expectations.
My extended family has instilled a spirit of excellence in me. As a result, I set high goals and work hard to achieve them. I am a Freshman at Trinity Episcopal School in Richmond Virginia. I am 6’1” tall and weigh 245 pounds. I play the positions of Center and Defensive tackle/end. While this is my seventh year playing competitive football, it’s my first year consistently playing at the Varsity level as the starting Center.
I’m looking for a school where I deliver excellent performance, both in the classroom and on the field. I am open to attending schools in any Division, as long as they offer solid academic programs that align to my interest. I am interested in schools that offer majors in Protective Services, Criminal Justice or Security. On the field I would like to be part of a team that encourages success throughout the team, whether you play or not. I thrive in an environment of positive reinforcement, camaraderie and unity.
