Probably around 5 or 6 years old was when I actually started watching football and got really interested in playing it. Coming from some rough family times, football at first gave me an outlet. I quickly discovered how much I love the game. Football has taught me that everyone is unique and has their own special talents. You don't treat your teammates like they are smaller than you or you are better than they are and accept your teammates how they are.
Two achievements I'm very proud of are winning the liberty hill youth football league championship 2 years in a row and being awarded the 8th grade football achievement award
My academic goals for high school and college include maintaining a 3.5 GPA or better and earning a bachelors degree.
I love to fire up the team. I have developed the ability to lead a defense or offense. I have been on teams where we had to overcome the loss of teammates due to broken bones or other serious injuries. It hurts to see that especially when they are your friend as well as a big part of your team. I have played center, punter, special teams, offensive guard and tackle in addition to my current positions as captain of defense/middle linebacker and offensive halfback. I can run the ball, catch the ball, and I'm willing to play anywhere I'm needed.
