Sharif Johnson '21 Recruiting Profile

I’ve been playing football since I was 5 years old. Ever since the first day I put my helmet and shoulder pads on, I loved it. My dad always pushed me to get to where I’m at today. He would always make me go outside to do something productive. I learned that I’m capable of making big plays when needed and that it’s a team sport.

My highschool academic goals is to get a high gpa and enough credits to graduate. I’ve overcame many obstacles growing into the position I’m at today. From bringing my grades up to losing weight in the sauna for hours a day. Academically I posses good test taking skills and strong writing. Athletically I can keep my Cool when things are not going my way and play through tough situations without giving up.
