Ever since I could watch football on tv every Saturday, I have always dreamed about playing college football and doing the best I could in the classroom and on the field. I am a good candidate because I always work hard and will do anything my coach or teacher says. I am very easy to coach and If I get told once to do it, I can and will do it, and I'd feel I could fit into any program that is willing to give me a chance and stick with me through the whole process. I will play every play and every down like it is my last. and I will always try my best to help the team in any way possible.
I am only the second player in school history to be named captain of the football team in their junior year. I received a varsity letter in spring track and field in my sophomore year for shot put. I intend to do that in my junior and senior year too. I am also proud to say that I was named "Leader of the Pack" in both my sophomore and junior years. This is an award that only ONE student from each grade level is awarded per month from the entire school.
I am very active in my church youth group and community events. I enjoy donating my time working in a soup kitchen and our church's food box ministry that feeds the needy.
